The City of Ludington (pop. 8,100) is accepting applications for the position of full time Police Officer. Applicants must be licensed/licensable by the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards. Competitive wages & benefit package, including defined benefit pension (at age 50 with 25 years of service).

LATERAL ENTRY: New hires of Police Officers with a Minimum of 2 years continuous full-time MCOLES Certified Officer experience:   Starting wage at two-year pay step.

New hires of Police Officers with a Minimum of 5 years continuous full-time MCOLES Certified Officer experience: Starting wage at three year pay step.
