Scottville approves marijuana ordinance.  SCOTTVILLE — Scottville City Commission passed an ordinance Monday evening allowing marijuana businesses, both recreational and medical, in select zones of the city. The ordinance passed unanimously 7-0. The ordinance will take effect in 15 days, but that does not mean that marijuana businesses will instantly be appearing in the city.
