LUDINGTON — The Mason County Sheriff’s office arrested a 42-year-old Custer man this afternoon in connection to a felonious assault that took place this morning about 1 a.m. The warrants for the man’s arrest were served this afternoon by the Mason/Oceana Sheriff’s Response Team. Beginning Thursday, teen drivers with Level 1 or Level 2 licenses under the Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) program are prohibited from using a cell phone while driving.
