WASHINGTON  – Agriculture Undersecretary Kevin Concannon today announced expanded eligibility for U.S.Department of Agriculture grants to improve access to fresh produce and healthy foods by Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients at America’s farmers’ markets.
