College enrollment down 9.4%.

Editor-in-Chief.  VICTORY TWP. — Enrollment at West Shore Community College has decreased 9.4% compared to the 2013 fall semester, but is similar to the college’s enrollment in 2009, prior to the economic downturn in the state.
