LUDINGTON — The City of Ludington has closed the breakwaters today due to hazardous weather conditions. The Mason County Sheriff’s Office has released more information about Cathie Swanger Funke, who has been missing since Monday morning. The 49-year-old Summit Township resident hasn’t been seen since about 8 a.m. Monday.
