Washington Avenue bridge opens

LUDINGTON — The replacement of the Washington Avenue bridge is almost complete. City Manager John Shay reported to the City Council Monday, in a memo, that most of the concrete curb and gutter sidewalks and bridge deck have been poured. The new streetlights on the bridge have also been installed. The bridge, however, is open.
