Holiday parade open house at Ludington library.

LUDINGTON — Parade watchers are invited to the Mason County District Library Ludington branch Saturday, November 29, 4 to 6 p.m. – before the Aglow On The Avenue  holiday parade – to warm up with hot cocoa, cookies, and holiday music.   Children’s activities will also be provided. Children under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult.  All Mason County District Library programs are free.

United Way raises over 40% of campaign goal.

After four weeks of a nine-week campaign, United Way of Mason County has raised 42.62% of its $370,000.00 goal with pledges totaling $212,306.19.  Over 98% of the dollars raised will stay right here in Mason County.
