Felonies
Luzar
-Jennifer Louise Luzar, 40; embezzlement by an agent or trustee between $1,000 to $20,000; date of offense: Dec. 1, 2023; charged by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 17; preliminary hearing: May 7; bail: $500 cash.
Anderson
-Tresa Brianna Anderson, 31; two counts of armed robbery, two counts of felony firearms, and carrying a concealed weapon; arrested March 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 22; preliminary hearing: May 7; bail: $50,000 cash. -Shon Michael Gascoigne, 34; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy, possession of a controlled substance — narcotics/cocaine, and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested April 15 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 17; preliminary hearing: May 7; bail: $25,000 cash.

-Jeniffer Jill Parrinello, 44; unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle; arrested April 19 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 21; preliminary hearing: May 7; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Jennings
-Kristina Marie Jennings, 52; two counts of delivery/manufacturing methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house, and possession of a controlled substance — analogues; arrested July 1, 2024, by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 22; preliminary hearing: May 7; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Jennifer Lee Snyder, 47; truancy; charged Feb. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 17; pretrial: May 5; bail: personal recognizance.
-Austin Robert Krieger, 24; breaking and entering; arrested April 20 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 21; pretrial: May 12; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Vance Albert Peck, 31; breaking and entering, and disorderly conduct; arrested April 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 21; pretrial: May 5; bail: $100/10 percent.
-Michael James Courtright, 42; operating a vehicle without a license and unlawful license plates; charged April 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 17; pretrial: May 19; bail: personal recognizance.
-Drucilla Fallon Schoenborn, 33; failure to maintain security — no car insurance; charged April 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 17; pretrial: April 28; bail: personal recognizance.
-Robert William Pierce, 44; failure to maintain security — no car insurance, improper license plates, and driving while license suspended; charged March 11 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 17; pretrial: May 12; bail: personal recognizance.
-Ernest Jay Bowker, 78; driving while license suspended; charged April 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 17; pretrial: May 19; bail: personal recognizance.
-Clifford Lee Crysler, 56; public intoxication; charged Feb. 9 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 17; pleaded guilty.
-Stephany Ann Miller, 35; driving while license suspended; charged April 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 17; pretrial: May 5; bail: personal recognizance.
