LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced Tuesday, March 25, in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Winters
– George William Winters, 70, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to a high-court misdemeanor of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and was sentenced March 25 to one year in jail with credit for 195 days served; five years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Monroe
– Brenden Jeffery Monroe, 37, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to assault with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced March 25 to 19 days in jail with credit for 19 days served; 18 months probation; and $658 in fines and costs. A felony count of assault intent to do great bodily harm less than murder was dismissed.
Getz
– Logan Alexander Getz, 29, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to felonies of uttering and publishing and attempted uttering and publishing and was sentenced March 25 to three days in jail with credit for for three days served; two years probation; $2,650 in restitution; and $926 in fines and costs. Two additional counts of uttering and publishing were dismissed.
Luft
– Bradley Elmer Luft, 61, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to a felony of controlled substance possession — heroin, cocaine or another substance and was sentenced March 25 to 60 days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs. A high-court misdemeanor of maintaining a drug house was dismissed.
