LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Jeffrey Ryan Gullekson, 45, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to two days in jail and $600 in fines/costs. The original charge of operating while intoxicated was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Bucky Lee Harris, 57, pleaded guilty to purchasing a pistol without a license and was sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended sentence) and $400 in fines/costs.
-Richard Lee Renwick, 72, pleaded guilty to impaired driving and failure to maintain security (no car insurance) and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence), must not have/buy/or consume alcohol, subject to random PBTs, and $690 in fines/costs.
-Daniel Lee Adams, 69, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
-Perry Laverne Putnam, 39, pleaded guilty to disorderly person disturbing the peace and was sentenced to three days in jail and $300 in fines/costs. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of disturbing the peace jostling was dismissed.
