LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Avila

-Adrianna Rae Avila, 27; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second-degree retail fraud; date of offense: Oct. 17, 2024; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 25; preliminary hearing: March 12; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Cameron

-Corinne Terre Cameron, 45; possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Feb. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 26; preliminary hearing: March 19; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Shepard

-Bernarnd Alfred Shepard, 47; assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault); arrested Feb. 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 26; preliminary hearing: March 19; bail: $250/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Elisha Adam MacDonald, 19; embezzlement by an agent or trustee less than $200; arrested Jan. 12 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 3; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Emilio Angel Thocker, 18; six counts of mail theft; arrested Feb. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 3; bail: $250 cash.

-Kathy Gliszcinski, 58; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Feb. 24 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 25; pretrial: March 31; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Cecil Jerome Terry, 69; driving while license suspended; arrested Jan. 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Sebastian Alvarez, 31; driving while license expired; charged Feb. 9 by Maon County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Frances Gay Rose, 56; driving while license suspended and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; charged Feb. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Phillip Earl Jonassen, 73; disobeying a traffic control device and operating without a license; charged Feb. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 3; bail: personal recognizance.
-John Christopher Tresnak, 62; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); charged Jan. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 3; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Allan Richard Lange, 60; driving while license suspended; charged Feb. 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Tucker James Perry, 24; driving while license suspended; charged Jan. 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 20; pretrial: March 31; bail: $250 cash.
