LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Sluyter
– Shawn Roy-Gert Sluyter, 50, pleaded guilty Dec. 17 to a felony of third-offense domestic violence and was sentenced Feb. 25 to seven months in jail with credit for 91 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Palmer
– Brandee Barbara Palmer, 32, pleaded guilty Dec. 17 to two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Feb. 25 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $726 in fines and costs.
McCarthy
– Alicia Lynn McCarthy, 43, pleaded guilty Feb. 25 to a misdemeanor of methamphetamine use and was sentenced to two years probation and $125 in fines and costs. One felony count of methamphetamine possession was dismissed. In a second file, McCarthy pleaded guilty Oct. 29 to a felony of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Feb. 25 to 60 days in jail with credit for 60 days served; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs. In a third file, she pleaded guilty Oct. 29 to a felony of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Feb. 25 to 63 days in jail with credit for 63 days served; two years probation; and $458 in fines and costs. All sentences run concurrently.
Shaffer
– Ajia Raquel Shaffer, 44, pleaded guilty Dec. 17 to a felony of malicious destruction of fire/police property and was sentenced Feb. 25 to 10 months in jail with credit for 223 days served; $2,290 in restitution; and $198 in fines and costs.
Durham
– Michal Mason Durham, 34, pleaded guilty Dec. 20 to felony charges of third-offense domestic violence and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Feb. 25 to 31 days in jail with credit for 31 days served; two years probation; and $508 in fines and costs. One felony count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.
