LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Misdemeanors

-Verna Kay Pena, 53; fourth-degree child abuse; arrested Sept. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 23; pretrial: Feb. 10; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-James Warren Howe, 49; second offense domestic violence; arrested Jan. 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 27; pretrial: Feb. 10; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Anthony Santenio Holmes, 36; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Dec. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 23; pretrial: Feb. 12; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Richard Lee Renwick, 72; impaired driving and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 16 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 23; pretrial: Feb. 24; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Holly Renee Garwood, 23; passenger with an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Jan. 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Jan. 23; pretrial: Feb. 10; bail: personal recognizance.

-Jacqueline Grace Mansilla, 41; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); date of offense: Nov. 4; arraigned Jan. 24; pretrial: Feb. 10; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Cesar Sanchez-Perez, 26; driving while license not valid; date of offense: Oct. 31; arraigned Jan. 23; pleaded guilty.

-Garland Ray Frazier, 70; improper license plates; date of offense: Dec. 14; arraigned Jan. 23; pleaded guilty.

-Thor Alexander Sheffield, 41; Driving while license suspended; arrested Jan. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 23; pretrial: Feb. 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Chad Michael Looman, 52; driving while license suspended; arrested Jan. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 23; pretrial: Feb. 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Bobby Allen Sears, 38; second offense driving while license suspended; arrested Jan. 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 23; pretrial: Feb. 3; bail: personal recognizance.

-Dylan Thomas Sorensen, 29; operating without a license; charged Jan. 4 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 23; pleaded guilty.

-Travis William Malone, 30; operating without a license; charged Jan. 7 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 23; pretrial: Feb. 10; bail: personal recognizance.
