Cory Kuipers
It is with deep sorrow we announce the unexpected passing of Cory Dean Kuipers, age 41, who left this earth way too soon on Sunday, January 19, 2025. He was a loving son, brother and friend.
Cory was a 2001 graduate of West Ottawa High School in Holland and attended Lake Superior State University in Sault St. Marie, Mich. He was currently employed at UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries in Ludington. Cory loved hunting, fishing, reading and watching his favorite sports teams – especially U of M, Detroit Tigers, and Detroit Lions.
Cory leaves behind his mother and stepfather, Linda and James Allen; father Curtis Kuipers; sisters, Heather Tindall (Steve), Tracy Bremmer (Randy), Kaylee Danklefsen (Tim), Megan Stoneman (Thomas), Hannah Kuipers, Elizabeth Kuipers; and brother, Travis Allen (Megan). He is also survived by his grandmother Jean Allen and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Cory was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruth and Chester Postma, Sandra and Ron Kuipers, Richard Allen; his aunt Evie DeGraaf and uncle Paul Triesenberg.
I am sure they all welcomed him to heaven with open arms.
There are no funeral services planned at this time. At Cory’s request there will be a gathering of remembrance in May. Information for this gathering will be posted at a later date on Cory’s Facebook page and his parents’ Facebook pages.
