LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Alcantar

-Richard Villa Alcantar, 48; two counts of failure to pay child support; arraigned Jan. 13; preliminary hearing: Jan. 29; bail: $10,000 cash.

Henry

-Corey James Henry, 42; third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor and driving while license suspended; arrested Sept. 3, 2023, by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 12; preliminary hearing: Jan. 29; bail: $500 cash.

Morley

-Brennan Todd Morley, 24; false pretenses between $1,000 and $20,000; arrested July 29 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 9; preliminary hearing: Jan. 29; bail: $250/10 percent.

Walter

-Galen Earl Walter, 71; third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor and driving while license suspended; arrested Jan. 12 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Jan. 13; preliminary hearing: Jan. 29; bail: $1,000/10 percent.

Nagelkirk

-Lisa Jean Nagelkirk, 39; two counts of domestic violence and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Jan. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 15; preliminary hearing: Feb. 5; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Bucky Lee Harris, 57; aiming a weapon without malice; arrested Sept. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 14; pretrial: Feb. 3; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Rebecca Ann Burton, 49; aggravated domestic assault; arrested Oct. 16 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 13; pretrial: Feb. 3; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Roxanne Angel Jeffries, 20; two counts of third-degree retail fraud; arrested Oct. 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 9; pretrial: Jan. 27; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Alexis Joanne Sandretto, 33; excessive noise; arrested Dec. 20 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Jan. 9; pretrial: Jan. 27; bail: personal recognizance.

-Bradley Scott Thorne, 37; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Jan. 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 9; pretrial: Feb. 3; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Brent Daniel Clampitt, 33; second offense domestic violence; arrested Jan. 8 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Jan. 9; pretrial: Feb. 10; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Laura Ann Dagostino, 41; assault and battery; arrested Jan. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 13; pretrial: Feb. 10; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Jamie Lee Fiebig, 41; prohibit use of chemical agents; arrested Jan. 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 13; pretrial: Feb. 25; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Christopher Lee Gasparas, 43; public intoxication; arrested Jan. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 14; pretrial: Feb. 10; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Kenneth Jackson Sellars, 55; public intoxication; arrested Jan. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 14; pretrial: Feb. 3; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-William Joseph Bradley, 74; driving while license suspended and failure to stop at the scene of an accident; arrested Jan. 5 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 15; pretrial: Jan. 27; bail: personal recognizance.
