Ludington man arrested following trespassing at grocery store

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 69-year-old Ludington man was arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2024 and charged with multiple crimes. The man was arrested at 4:05 p.m. after he entered the Family Fare building, 5539 W. US 10. The man had been trespassed from the business on Dec. 14, 2024. The man was charged with trespassing and two felony probation violation warrants.

Sunday, Dec. 30, 2024

– 6:50 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, US 10 east of Bean Road, Custer Township.

Monday, Dec. 31, 2024

– 11:03 a.m.: Gas drive off, valued at $42, from Express Mart, 5587 W. US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 1:29 p.m.: Two vehicle hit and run crash, non injuries, US 10 and Meyers Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 6:27 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Free Soil Road west of Tyndall Road, Meade Township.

– 11:16 p.m.: A 44-year-old Hart man was cited for having a revoked operator’s license, Broadway Avenue and Gay Street, City of Scottville.

Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2025

– 1:16 a.m.: A 17-year-old Fountain juvenile was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, first arrest (juvenile), following a traffic stop at US 10-31 and Amber Road. The youth was turned over to his parents.

– 10 a.m.: One vehicle crash, no injuries, Free Soil Road west of Tubbs Road, Free Soil Township.

– 1:26 p.m.: One vehicle crash, no injuries, Marrison Road east of St. Mary’s Lake boat launch, Riverton Township.

– 11:12 p.m.: One vehicle crash, no injuries, Meyers Road and Sixth Street, Amber Township.
