LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Skyler Dain Levine, 27, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of malicious destruction of personal property less than $200 on November 27 and was sentenced to 93 days in jail and $200 in fines/costs. As part of a plea agreement, charges of malicious destruction of personal property between $200 to $1,000 and larceny between $200 and $1,000 were dismissed.
-Sherry Ann McKinney, 61, pleaded guilty on November 27 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence) and $200 in fines/costs. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of second-degree retail fraud was dismissed.
-Tyler Jacob Young, 29, pleaded no contest on November 27 to a reduced charge of disorderly person jostling and was sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended sentence), no drugs/alcohol, subject to random PBTs, and $325 in fines/costs. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of domestic violence was dismissed.
-Ambriel Laurana Peters, 25, pleaded guilty on November 27 to a reduced charge of disorderly person disturbing the peace and was sentenced to two days in jail, must not have any contact with the victim, and $200 in fines/costs. As part of a plea agreement, the original charge of domestic violence was dismissed.
-Cody Mathew Zank, 33, pleaded guilty on November 27 to a reduced charge of operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentenced), must complete alcohol highway safety education, must attend victim’s impact panel, no drugs/alcohol, subject to random PBTs, and $690 in fines/costs. As part of a plea agreement, the original charge of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
