Cheryle Marie Seymour, 73, of Fountain, formerly of Ludington, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024.

Cheryle was born on June 29, 1951, daughter of Raymond and Audrey (Cabot) Nargis. She attended Ludington High School and graduated from Mason County Central High School in 1979. On December 20, 1967, she married Gary Seymour.

Cheryle loved sewing, crocheting, and doing anything with her sister-in-law Bonnie, and spent many hours at her in-laws’ playing cards and games. Her and her husband also enjoyed traveling around Michigan and exploring other towns.

Cheryle is survived by her brothers, Raymond Nargis of Tuscan, Az., David Nargis of Ludington, and Michael (Gloria) Nargis of Fountain; sisters, Roberta (Chris) Carew of Travers City, and Audrey (Ken) Erndteman of Ludington; multiple nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a very special friend, Bertha Jensen.

Cheryle is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Audry Nargis; beloved husband of 55 years, Gary Seymour; and son, Christopher Allen Seymour.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Oak Grove Funeral Home of Ludington, with visitation beginning at noon.
