Sunday, Nov. 25, 2024
– 9:46 p.m., Ludington Police Department (LPD): A 47-year-old Ludington man was arrested for driving without security (no vehicle insurance) following a traffic stop near Nelson and Barton roads in Pere Marquette Township. The man was issued an appearance citation and was released to appear at the 79th District Court in Ludington.
Monday, Nov. 26, 2024
– 1:13 a.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO): Single vehicle crash, no injuries, Fountain Road east of Custer Road, Sherman Township.
– 7:53 a.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 south of Townline Road, Sherman Township.
– 8:13 a.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Fountain Road east of Angling Road, Victory Township.
– 5:47 p.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Reek Road south of Manales Road, Sherman Township.
– 6:59 p.m., LPD: An 18-year-old Ludington man was arrested for a warrant in the 400 block of East Melendy Street in Ludington. The warrant was issued out of Scottville Police Department for a weapons offense. The man was transported to and lodged at the Mason County Jail.
– 7:32 p.m.: A 39-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for a probation violation and possession of methamphetamines following a traffic stop near Ludington Avenue and Jackson Road in Ludington. The woman was lodged at Mason County Jail.
