LUDINGTON — The Ludington Elementary PTC is hosting a fundraiser at Krave Frozen Yogurt and Candy Shoppe, 103 E. Ludington Ave., on Saturday, Nov. 23 from noon to 3 p.m. A portion of the day’s sales will be donated to the PTC.
During the event, attendees can participate in free face painting, coloring activities, get their picture taken with the Oriole mascot, and enter to win a round-trip for two on the S.S. Badger, up to a $344 value to be used during the 2025 sailing season.
Additionally, two vendors will be selling their products and plan to give up to 35% of their proceeds to the PTC. Gordon Road Apiary will be selling fresh honey and Park Lane Jewelry will be selling high end jewelry pieces at every price range.
“We know kids love Krave, and this was a creative way to earn money for the PTC, said Lynda Matson, PTC president. “We’re also excited to have new Ludington school board member, Alan Neushwander, take part as one of our volunteers to be the Oriole mascot during the event. It’s important that what we do involves and has a positive impact on our community.”
The Ludington Elementary PTC is comprised of an elected group of volunteers who raise money for Ludington Elementary School students and teachers. All funds earned are used to provide student field trips, teacher stipends for classroom supplies, school events and more.
