LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Aubrey

-Antonio Lee Aubrey, 40; unlawful driving away a motor vehicle, third-degree fleeing a police officer, assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer, interfering with an electronic communications device, domestic violence, and driving while license suspended; arrested Nov. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 10; preliminary hearing: Nov. 27; bail: $250,000 cash.

Adelio Cuate-Hernandez

-Adelio Cuate-Hernandez, 20; two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, child abusive criminal activity, using a computer to commit a crime, and third-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim age 13-16); date of offense: Aug. 1; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 13; preliminary hearing: Dec. 4; bail: $100,000 cash.

Totten

-Jesse Allen Totten, 26; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and tampering with an electronic monitoring device; arrested Nov. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 8; preliminary hearing: Nov. 27; bail: $50,000 cash.

Fenner

-Joseph William Fenner, 39; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); date of offense: May 26, 2023; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 13; preliminary hearing: Dec. 4; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Collison

-Tyler Houston Collison, 32; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), bringing contraband into a jail, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Nov. 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 10; preliminary hearing: Nov. 27; bail: $750/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Brooke LeeAnn Avery, 32; driving while license not valid; date of offense: June 5; arrested by Michigan State Police; arraigned Nov. 8; pretrial: Nov. 25; bail: $250/10 percent.

-David Ramone Wilson, 52; assault and battery; arrested Sept. 29 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 12; pretrial: Nov. 25; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Sabrina Rae Leyland, 19; domestic violence; arrested Oct. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 7; pretrial: Nov. 25; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Nathan Tyler Horacek, 21; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Nov. 2 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Nov. 7; pretrial: Dec. 16; bail: $250 cash.

-William Owen Drake, 20; disorderly drunk person and disorderly person disturbing the peace; arrested Nov. 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 13; pretrial: Nov. 25; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Daniel Joseph Meisenheimer Garber, 35; operating an ORV contrary to regulations on public land; charged Oct. 19 by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Nov. 7; pretrial: Nov. 25; bail: personal recognizance.

-Holly Jo Ames, 40; hunting from a tree stand without name/address and baiting deer in a restricted county; charged Oct. 27 by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Nov. 7; pretrial: Nov. 25; bail: personal recognizance.
