LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Fondren
-Joshua Morris Fondren, 23; two counts of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine); date of offense: July 1; arrested by Michigan State Police; arraigned: Oct. 16; preliminary hearing: Nov. 6; bail: $75,000 cash.
Kasdorf
-Nicolas Jon Kasdorf, 58; possession of a controlled substance (analogues); date of offense: July 29; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Oct. 10; preliminary hearing: Oct. 30; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Catron
-Markwood Alan Catron, 49; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; date of offense: Oct. 12; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Oct. 14; preliminary hearing: Oct. 30; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Reed
-Ross Scott Reed, 54; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; date of offense: Oct. 11; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Oct. 13; preliminary hearing: Oct. 30; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Boles
-Shawn Ryan Boles, 43; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); date of offense: Oct. 13; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Oct. 14; preliminary hearing: Oct. 30; bail: $1,000/10 percent.
Willard
-Taylor James Willard, 30; two counts of larceny in a building and truancy; date of offense: April 1; arraigned: Oct. 14; preliminary hearing: Oct. 30; bail: $250/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Daniel Scott Fugere, 27; breaking and entering; date of offense: Sept. 1; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Oct. 10; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: personal recognizance.
-Tristan James Coleson, 20; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; date of offense: Oct. 3; arrested by Michigan State Police; arraigned: Oct. 10; pretrial: Nov. 18; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Ricky Lee Aguirre, 47; assault and battery; date of offense: Oct. 5; arrested by Scottville Police Department; arraigned: Oct. 14; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
