-Rebecca Lee Reamer, 43; carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearms, reckless driving, and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Oct. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 3; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $50,000 cash.
-Tyler Mitchell Howard, 34; two counts of third-degree fleeing police in a vehicle; arrested Oct. 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 8; preliminary hearing: Oct. 23; bail: $25,000 cash.
-Kyle Roger Thomas O’Connell, 19; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Oct. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 3; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Misdemeanors
-Thomas Mitchell Rotta, 60; trespassing and driving while license suspended; arrested March 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: personal recognizance.
-Patricia Carol Calkin, 72; allowing a suspended person to operate a vehicle; arrested July 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: $250 cash.
-Terri Lynn Cole, 47, 47; malicious use of a telecommunications device; arrested Aug. 28 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Victor Davis Garcia, 40; furnishing alcohol to a minor; arrested July 30 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: personal recognizance.
-Matthew James Herlein, 41; performing occupation contractor without a license; arrested Oct. 10, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 3, 2024; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: personal recognizance.
-Aubrey Rose Howe, 20; trespassing; arrested Aug. 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Oct. 21; bail: personal recognizance.
-Cody Mathew Zank, 33; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Sept. 22 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Nov. 18; bail: $250 cash.
-Michael Thomas Cole, 19; larceny between $200-$1,000; arrested Sept. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: personal recognizance.
-Jonathan David Pierce, 49; reckless operation of a boat; arrested Sept. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Oct. 21; bail: personal recognizance.
-Lindsey Lee Towns, 34; operating an unregistered vehicle; date of offense: Sept. 10; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
