Wayne enjoyed spending time with and taking care of his family. He was very talented in woodworking and there wasn’t anything he couldn’t build or fix. Wayne cherished the time he spent playing his harmonica with his father and uncles and picked it back up in later years. Wayne was an avid rifle and archery hunter and greatly enjoyed the many elk hunting trips he took to Colorado and Montana with his family. Wayne loved his family homestead and was blessed to live on the same land for 85 years. He was very proud to call himself a country boy.
