SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central Elementary PTC will hold its 17th annual Color Fun Run/Walk tonight.
The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the high school. The run/walk route is east on Broadway Avenue, north on Reinberg Avenue, east on Maple Street, north on Loomis Street, west on Beryl Street, south on Reinberg Avenue and returning to the high school.
The event is a major fundraiser for the PTC which provides funds for student activities.
A previously unscheduled high school varsity football game is also scheduled for this evening. Those attending the football game are asked to use the Spartan Community Field entrance off of Johnson Road and avoid the area of the fun run/walk. The team was initially scheduled to play away against Holton, but that team forfeited its game due to a lack of a team.
