The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Brault

-Marshall Jennings Brault, 31; disarming a police officer, two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, and assault and battery; arrested Aug. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 26; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $250,000 cash.

Scheuer

-Mark Edmund Scheuer, 53; assault with a dangerous weapon; arrested Aug. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 28; preliminary hearing: Sept. 18; bail: $100,000 cash.

Ruble

-James Michael Ruble, 30; domestic violence and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Aug. 25; arraigned Aug. 26; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $10,000 cash.

Kelley

-Brandon Raymon Kelley, 24; two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (force or coercion); arrested July 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 22; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $10,000 cash.

Kruisenga

-Jacob Thomas Kruisenga, 28; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Aug. 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 27; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $10,000 cash.

Wojtaszak

-Kevin Michael Wojtaszak, 67; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested July 30 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 22; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Dodson

-Joshua Paul Dodson, 22; felony firearms, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Aug. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 25; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Host

-Charles Matthew Host, 48; felony firearms and possession of a weapon by a prohibited person; arrested Aug. 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 27; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $5,000 cash.

Glover

-David Alan Glover, 70; third-degree criminal sexual conduct (force or coercion) and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (force or coercion); arrested July 2 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 23; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $1,000/10 percent.

Palmer

-Brandee Barbara Palmer, 31; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Aug. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 26; preliminary hearing; Sept. 11; bail: $500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Stephen Paul Eilers, 60; public intoxication; arrested Aug. 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 22; pretrial: Sept. 23; bail: $500 cash.

-Marshall Jennings Brault, 31; assault and battery; arrested Aug. 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 26; pretrial: Sept. 4; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

-Beau Calvin McGee, 43; public intoxication; arrested Aug. 22 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 23; pretrial: Sept. 23; bail: $100/10 percent.

-Anthony Christian Davis, 34; disorderly drunk person; arrested Aug. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 26; pretrial: Sept. 23; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Dakota Allen Hernandez, 20; transporting an open intoxicant in a vehicle; arrested Aug. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 26; pretrial: Sept. 23; bail: $500/10 percent.
