51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Aug. 15, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Huber

– Jeremy Michael Huber, 47, pleaded guilty April 30, 2024 to two counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and one count of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced July 23, 2024 to two to 20 years in prison with credit for four days served in jail; and $504 in fines and costs. A third count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine was dismissed.

Johnson

– Robert Wayne Johnson, 55, pleaded “no contest” June 11, 2024 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced July 23, 2024 to serve seven months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 14 days served in jail; three years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.

Hernandez

– Abram Rene Hernandez, 34, pleaded guilty May 28, 2024 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced July 23, 2024 to 106 days in jail with credit for 106 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Blank

– Arlen Michael Blank, 56, pleaded guilty May 28, 2024 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced July 23, 2024 to 45 days in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; and $458 in fines and costs.

Wagoner

– Thomas John Wagoner, 46, pleaded guilty April 30, 2024 to uttering and publishing and was sentenced July 23, 2024 to 10 months in jail with credit for 70 days served; three years probation; and $7,195 in fines, costs and restitution.

Rouwhorst

– Jason Thomas Rouwhorst, 41, pleaded guilty May 28, 2024 to methamphetamine possession and operating with a high blood alcohol content and was sentenced July 16, 2024 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; six months probation; and $225 in fines and costs.

Patterson

– Cody Robert Patterson, 25, pleaded guilty May 28, 2024 to analogues possession and was sentenced July 16, 2024 to six days in jail with credit for six days served; 11 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs.

Zuber

– Joseph Kendall Zuber, 32, pleaded guilty Jan 17, 2023 to breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced July 9, 2024 to one year in jail with credit for 28 days served; three years probation; and $773 in fines, costs and restitution.

Pitts

– Andrew Jordan Pitts, 35, pleaded guilty May 28, 2024 to methamphetamine possession and driving while license suspended and was sentenced July 9, 2024 to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $648 in fines and costs.
