LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Somsel
-April Lynn Somsel, 50; two counts of delivery/manufacturing methamphetamine; arrested Aug. 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 7; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $50,000 cash.
Graham
-Donald Richard Graham, 66; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested July 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 4; preliminary hearing: Aug. 21; bail: $500/10 percent.
Ayers
-Aaron Christopher Ayers, 46; third-degree fleeing a police officer in a vehicle; arrested July 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 1; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $10,000 cash.
Hill
-Kimberly Ann Hill, 47; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested July 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 7; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Spalding
-Holly Marie Spalding, 48; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and domestic violence; arrested Aug. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 7; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Moses
-Stephanie Michelle Moses, 28; interfering with an electronic communications device and domestic violence; arrested Aug. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 7; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Williams
-Ashleigh Nicole Williams, 25; two counts of larceny in a building; arrested April 1 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 7; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Hurley
-Steven Deland Hurley, 55; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace; arrested Aug. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 7; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $2,500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Brant William Slade, 49; third-degree retail fraud; arrested May 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 5; pretrial: Aug. 12; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Ashleigh Nicole Williams, 25; truancy; arrested Jan. 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 7; pretrial: Aug. 21; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Sherry Ann McKinney, 61; second-degree retail fraud and third-degree retail fraud; arrested June 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 1; pretrial: Aug. 12; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Michaela Lou Verboam, 30; breaking and entering and assault and battery; arrested July 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 5; pretrial: Aug. 12; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Julius Crow Wilson, 19; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Aug. 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 5; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Donald Catania, 69; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested July 7 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 1; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: personal recognizance.
