LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in front of the magistrate of the 79th District Court.

Felonies

– Christine Margaret Cota, 41, of 122 S. Wildwood Crossing, Apt. 20, Ludington, was arrested July 26 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of forgery. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $35,000/cash/surety.

– Guadalupe Gamez-Morales, 32, of 203 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Jan. 20 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) and furnishing alcohol to minor. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Misdemeanors

Misdemeanors

– Connie Sue Sirks, 64, of 3812 W. Pine View Court, Ludington, was arrested July 23 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of operating with a blood alcohol level and operating while impaired. A pretrial is set for Aug. 26 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Rachael Jean Hansen, 20, of 1302 N. Sherman Rd., Ludington, was arrested July 24 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for Aug. 26 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Danielle Ann Dahlke, 27, of 148 Jackson St., Manistee, was arrested July 27 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Aug. 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Douglas Harry Bryant, 45, of 2683 Me Tay Wis Rd., Manistee, was arrested July 29 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Tina Ann Bailey, 32, Court St., Ludington, was arrested July 26 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Aug. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
