PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 41-year-old Fenton, Michigan man received minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash after a vehicle attempted a U-turn in front of him as he rode his motorcycle northbound on Lakeshore Drive near Bradshaw Road Sunday, June 30, shortly before 8:30 p.m., said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Thursday, June 27, 2024:
- 8:40 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 38-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and possession of a firearm while intoxicated following a traffic stop at Washington Avenue and Danaher Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- Friday, June 28, 2024:
- 12:01 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 36-year-old Ludington man was arrested for probation violation following a one-vehicle crash, no injury, westbound US 10 off-ramp from northbound US 31, Amber Township.
- 5:01 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
- 9:15 p.m., (MCSO), larceny, 7000 block of North Poplar Road, Free Soil Township. Items reported stolen from a boat include a Mercury 15-horsepower boat motor, gas tank and lines and a fishing net.
