LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Skiver
-James Roy Ratio Skiver, 24; child abusive commercial activity, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, and accosting a child for immoral purposes; arrested April 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 7; preliminary hearing: June 26; bail: $50,000 cash.
Russell
-Caleb Isiah Russell, 20; third-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim between age 13-16) and second offense habitual offender; arrested April 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 10; preliminary hearing: June 26; bail: $50,000 cash. See related story here.
Edgington
-Emily Elizabeth Edgington, 20; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested March 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 7; preliminary hearing: June 26; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Johnson
-Alexa Marie Johnson, 29; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested May 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 10; preliminary hearing: June 26; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Flannery
-Justin Tyler Flanery, 30; malicious destruction of personal property between $1,000 to $20,000 and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested April 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 9; preliminary hearing: June 26; bail: $250/10 percent.
Holder
-Lige Lewis Holder, 23; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested June 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 7; preliminary hearing: June 26; bail: $500/10 percent.
Monroe
-David James Monroe, 61; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine) and third offense habitual offender; arrested May 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 10; preliminary hearing: June 26; bail: $250/10 percent.
Davis
-Angelina Nikole Davis, 31; interfering with electronic communications and domestic violence; arrested June 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 9; preliminary hearing: June 26; bail: $250/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Brandi Nicole Lester, 42; second offense domestic violence; arrested May 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 11; pretrial: June 24; $500 cash.
-Christine Kaye Meyers, 57; assault and battery; arrested June 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 12; pretrial: June 24; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Austin James Bjorkquist, 21; operating with a blood alcohol level of .17 or more; arrested June 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 10; pretrial: July 8; bail: $250 cash.
-Jon Eric Lusk, 43; second offense operating while intoxicated; arrested June 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 11; pretrial: July 8; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Mariah Michelle Pearcy, 25; domestic violence; arrested June 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 11; pretrial: June 24; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
