LUDINGTON — Bradley Curtis Drake, 27, was sentenced by Judge Susan K. Sniegowski to a mandatory minimum prison term of 25 years to a maximum of 60 years for a first-degree criminal sexual conduct — victim under age 13 — conviction in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, May 28.
Drake was found guilty by a jury, April 18.
He faces eight additional charges in two separate cases that are scheduled for trial June 26-28, court records state. His pending charges include: first-degree CSC, using a computer to commit a crime and child sexually abusive activity in one file; and unlawful imprisonment, using a computer to commit a crime, child sexually abusive material, interfering with electronic communications and domestic violence in another file.
Drake has been lodged in the Mason County Jail without bond.
His conviction stems from a Jan. 1, 2021 incident, court records state. His charges in the other two files stem from offenses that allegedly occurred Jan. 1, 2022 and Nov. 26, 2022.
