Calvin Garlick
Calvin Anthony Garlick, 34, of Pensacola, Fla., formerly of Scottville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024 in Pensacola, Florida after being struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver. Calvin was born on April 4, 1989 in Ludington to Chris Garlick and Audrey Johnson. He was a graduate of the Mason County Central High School class of 2007.
Calvin was a happy-go-lucky man. He was a very hard worker and had various jobs in the hospitality business in Ludington, Grand Rapids, and Pensacola.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Caitlin of Pensacola; his father Chris (Tina) Garlick; his mother Audrey (Mike) Johnson of Custer; his sister Adrienne (Erik) Veen, their children Alice and Willem, of Cedar Springs; grandparents Susan Zajic of Lady Lake, Florida, Edith (Dave) Lilleberg, of Custer; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.”
His family is planning a celebration of life Saturday, May 18, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Custer Michigan VFW Post pavilion.
