LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Beebe

-Steven Paul Beebe, 58; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Feb. 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 27; probable cause hearing: Feb. 28; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Valley

-Kash Verlyn Valley, 33; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine), delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), driving while license suspended, and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Feb. 6 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 28; preliminary hearing: March 20; bail: $750/10 percent.

Hillier

-Tara Lynn Hillier, 35; third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor; arrested Feb. 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 28; preliminary hearing: March 30; bail: $250/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Heather Lynn Harthun, 50; second degree retail fraud; arrested Dec. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 22; pretrial: March 11; bail: $250 cash.

-Shannon Lashell Fuller, 40; third degree retail fraud; arrested Jan. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 22; pretrial: March 11; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Dominic Bruce Howe, 53; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Feb. 17 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 22; pretrial: March 25; bail: $500 cash.

-Ivan Alvin Henry, 52; assault and battery; arrested Feb. 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 23; pretrial: March 11; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Nicholas Jon Kasdorf, 28; domestic violence; arrested Feb. 22 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 23; pretrial: March 11; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Lazaro Daniel Madrigal, 42; failure to display a valid driver’s license on their person; arrested Feb. 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 22; pretrial: March 4; bail: personal recognizance.

-Heather Jade Alise Vega, 36; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 31 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 22; pretrial: March 4; bail: personal recognizance.

-Norman John Bellows, 47; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 31 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 22; pretrial: March 4; bail: personal recognizance.
