OWI and meth possession arrest tops police activity

LOGAN TOWNSHIP — A 40-year-old Muskegon man was arrested by Michigan State Police troopers for operating while intoxicated and possession of suspected methamphetamine Monday, Jan. 22, at 11:50 p.m. on South Taylor Road near Anthony Road, according Sgt. Dan Thomas. The man was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

  • 4:49 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 5:16 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Pere Marquette Highway and  Meyers Road, Pere Marquette Township.
