Mason County sheriff’s deputies responded to several crashes during a winter storm over the weekend, including:

Friday, Jan. 12, 2024:

• 9 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road east of Stiles Road, Victory Township.
• 4:45 p.m., one-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of Reek Road, Custer Township.
• 6:20 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injury, 3900 block of West US 10, Amber Township.
• 8:05 p.m. one-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Stiles Road, Amber Township.
• 9:23 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 and Brye Road, Amber Township.

Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024:

• 1:57 a.m., one-vehicle crash, no injury, Custer Road south of Townline Road, Sherman Township.
• 2:05 p.m., one-vehicle crash — a jack-knifed semi — no injury, US 31 south of Freeman Road, Free Soil Township.
• 2:19 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injury, Amber Road north of Conrad Road, Amber Township.

Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024:

• 5:05 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injury US 31 south of Fountain Road, Sherman Township.
• 5:21 p.m., vehicle slide-off — no damage or injury, Stiles Road north of Dewey Road, Victory Township.
• 6:21 p.m., vehicle slide-off — no damage or injury, US 31 south of Townline Road, Sherman Township.
• 10:56 p.m., one-vehicle rollover crash, no injury, Quarterline Road south of Countyline Road, Grant Township. A report will be forwarded to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office for a charge of failure to stop and identify following a crash, after the driver — a 56-year-old Mason County man — reportedly walked away from the scene upon learning law enforcement was being called, said Mason County sheriff Kim Cole.
• 11:19 p.m.,  alarm activation, Amber Township.
