The following is police activity in Mason County Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023:

• 7:57 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Quarterline Road south of Nurnberg Road, Grant Township.
• ​11:45 a.m., ​(Ludington Police Department), a 50-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding assault warrant issued by the 79th District Court, 300 block of North Delia Street, City of Ludington. ​He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• ​9:11 p.m., (LPD), a 44-year-old Ludington man was cited for having open intoxicants in his vehicle, Washington Avenue and Filer​ Street, City of Ludington.
