The following is police activity in Mason County Thursday, Dec. 7, 2023:

• 7:30 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Stiles Road, Amber Township.
• 1:57 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a a 37-year-old Ludington man was arrested for public intoxication, 900 block of East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• 4:57 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $31.63 in fuel stolen, Ludington EZ Mart, 5900 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
• 5:15 p.m., (LPD), officers went to the Oceana County Jail to pick up a 37-year-old Ludington woman on an outstanding warrant from the 79th District Court for an unpaid traffic citation, City of Hart. She was transported to the Mason County Jail where she was lodged.
