LUDINGTON — The Forward Human Trafficking Task Force and the Ludington Police Department are hosting “Human Trafficking: Beyond Awareness Community Event” Thursday, Oct. 26, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ludington Elementary School.
The event will focus on the questions: What does trafficking look like? How do we get involved? What is being done locally?
Participants will learn from local collaborators, task force personnel and law enforcement officers about how to spot human trafficking; how to prevent it; and how to get involved.
The event is free to attend, and no registration is required. Parent take-home packets will be available.
