The Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people in the city of Scottville Tuesday, Sept. 12, on three separate outstanding warrants.
At 8:49 p.m., a 48-year-old Scottville man was arrested by sheriff deputies in the 300 block of South Main Street. The man was wanted on an outstanding failure to appear warrant from Mason County Friend of the Court.
At 9 p.m., a 35-year-old Scottville man was arrested by deputies in the 200 block of West Fifth Street for an outstanding warrant for simple assault from the Michigan State Police Hart Post.
At 9:12 p.m., a 37-year-old Custer man was arrested by deputies in the 100 block of South Main Street on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear in Mason County courts.
No activity was reported for Tuesday, Sept. 12 from the Ludington Police Department. Other activity from Mason County Sheriff’s Office for Sept. 12 included:
- 12:22 p.m.: Damaged property, mailbox, 5600 block of North Tyndall Road, Sheridan Township.
- 8:08 p.m.: Single vehicle crash, no injuries, US 31 freeway south of the rest area, Summit Township.
