Free Soil Gun & Knife Show scheduled for Sept. 17

FREE SOIL — The annual Free Soil Gun & Knife Show will take place on Sunday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Free Soil Community Center, 8480 N. Democrat St. The event raises funds for the Free Soil Community Schools Alumni Association.

Admission is $5 per person, $4 for veterans and senior citizens. Children ages 12 and under are free. Food and beverages will be available for sale by the Free Soil Area Senior Center. The event will also include a 50/50 drawing (do not need to be present to win).

Vendors can rent 8-foot tables at $20 each. Pre-register by calling Gregg Surma at 231-464-5454.
