LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced to jail terms in Mason County’s 79th District Court.
- Bryan Daniel Tucker, 54. Offense date, Jan. 26, 2023. Arrested by Michigan State Police – Hart Post. Count 1: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Plea and sentencing, March 1, 2023: Guilty, 93 days in jail, 12 months probation, $690 fines/costs.
- Gary Lynn Dewey, 74. Offense date: Dec. 15, 2022. Arrested by Ludington Police Department. Count 1: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated or under a controlled substance. Plea and sentencing, March 1, 2023: Guilty, 93 days in jail, 12 months probation, $690 fines/costs.
- Justyce Victoria Gillespie, 18. Offense date, Aug. 25, 2022. Arrested by Ludington Police Department. Count 1: Operating a vehicle without a license. Plea and sentencing, March 1, 2023: Two days jail, $250 fines/costs.
- Trevor Michael Henriksen, 22. Offense date, Dec. 11, 2022. Arrested by Ludington Police Department. Count 1: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated or under a controlled substance. Plea and sentencing, March 1, 2023: Guilty, 93 days jail, 12 months probation, $690 fines/costs.
- Nathan Carl Morrill, 33. Offense date, July 1, 2022. Arrested by Ludington Police Department. Count 1: Indecent exposure. Plea and sentencing, March 1, 2023: 14 days jail, $480 fines/costs.
