Qualifications:
- Possess patience, dedication, and can work well with Middle School and High School students.
- High school diploma required
- Knowledge and understanding of the migrant lifestyle
- Requires the ability to collaborate with classroom teachers to support the educational process of students
- Flexibility, good communication, people and teamwork skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Any other qualifications deemed appropriate
Reports to: Zachary Christiain, principal, Elizabeth Birkhofer, migrant/ESL coordinator
Job Goal:
- To provide a quality school experience for all students based on the goals, curriculum and philosophy of Shelby Public Schools
- To maintain and promote effective and innovative programs for students
