SHERMAN TOWNSHIP — Gun Lake is located on the boundary of Sherman and Free Soil townships in northern Mason County. The dateline reads Sherman Township because the drone was launched from the Sherman Township Park, which is the public access site to the lake, which includes a boat launch, located on Townline Road. Gun Lake is a 219 acre lake surrounded by private land.
