Felonies

Patrick Mohr

– Patrick Michael Mohr, 47, of 506 George St., Ludington, was arrested May 4 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of assault/strangulation and resisting/obstructing a police officer. A pretrial is set for May 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500 cash/surety/10 percent cash; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs; and no contact.

– Daniel Richard Rybicki, 42, of 11227 N. Custer Rd., Free Soil, was arrested May 6 by MCSO for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third offense; resisting/obstructing a police officer; driving while license suspended, second offense; and open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. A preliminary examination is set for May 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent; no alcohol/drugs; substance abuse evaluation.

Misdemeanors

– Robert Roy Lange, 26, of 129 W. Broadway Ave., Scottville, was arrested May 2 by the Michigan State Police – Hart post (MSP) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended/revoked. A pretrial is set for May 13 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.
– Charles Arvid Wuokila, 71, of 8960 Perrin St., Livonia, was arrested May 4 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 10 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Kevin Eugene Cabana, 48, of 5281 N. Mustang Rd., Fountain, was arrested May 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated (OWI), second offense. A pretrial is set for June 3 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent; no alcohol/drugs; substance abuse evaluation.
– Cynthia Lynn Chrysler, 45, of 133 S. Main St., Scottville, was arrested May 3 by MSP for a misdemeanor of OWI, second offense, and cited for expired operator’s license. A pretrial is set for June 3 at 11 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs.
– James Richard Mazzole, 40, of 5840 S. Taylor Rd., Branch, was arrested May 4 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended/revoked. A pretrial is set for June 3 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent; no alcohol/drugs.
– Richard Allen Blamer, Jr., 58, of 904 N. Washington Ave., Apt C-14, Ludington, was arrested May 4 by LPD for a misdemeanor of OWI, second offense. A pretrial is set for June 3 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent; no alcohol/drugs; substance abuse evaluation; previously posted bond is continued.
– Richard Allen Popp, 53, of 8452 N. Custer Rd., Free Soil, was arrested May 6 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of OWI. A pretrial is set for June 3 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent; no alcohol/drugs.
