LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this week in front of the magistrate in 79th District Court:

Felonies:
– James Warren Howe III, 38, of 2544 E. Johnson Rd., Custer, was arrested April 25 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of third-degree home invasion. A preliminary exam is set for May 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Donald Jacob Beck, 24, of 409 N. William St., Ludington, was arrested April 27 by LPD on felony charges of assault/strangulation; fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct; and assault and battery. A preliminary exam is set for May 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $35,000 cash/surety.

Misdemeanors
– Heather Kennedy Coleman, 49, of 5287 W. Hawley Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 23 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Steven Craig Holtrust, 56, of 207 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested April 22 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on two misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance/marijuana and stalking. A pretrial is set for May 13 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Charles Keith Moody II, 23, of 330 E. Philadelphia, Flint, was arrested April 25 by the LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for May 13 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kristen Brooke Iverson, 27, of 301 E. Court St., Apt. 106, Ludington, was arrested April 28 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for May 13 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Jonathon Whitley Skiles, 29, of 505 N. Washington Ave., Apt 18, Ludington, was arrested April 27 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for June 2 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent; he is allowed to leave the State of Michigan to travel to New York.

– Mario J. Carter, 42, of 407 S. Harrison St., Apt. 4, Ludington, was arrested April 13 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Daniel Gene Teague, 26, of 3374 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was arrested April 29 by LPD for a misdemeanor of prowling – disorderly. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– Patricia Green, 48, of 1992 Wood St., Muskegon, was arrested April 30 by the Michigan State Police, Hart Post for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended/revoked. A pretrial is set for May 13 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
