MCC 3rd graders release salmon into PM River.

SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central third graders, taught by Cheri Stibitz, release 52 young salmon into the Pere Marquette River today at Scottville Riverside Park. The class has raised the salmon from 150 eggs since November that were supplied through the Michigan Department of Natural Resources’ Salmon in the Classroom program.
