LUDINGTON — A 60-year-old Ludington man was sentenced to two to five years in prison for a probation violation conviction in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, March 22.

Scott David Alexander was on probation for a third-offense operating while intoxicated conviction after pleading guilty, Sept. 2, 2020. He violated his probation following a guilty plea to domestic violence, Feb. 1, 2022.

“This is not the first time you’ve been in front of me in the last couple years,” said Judge Susan K. Sniegowski.

Alexander was sentenced to a concurrent term of one year in jail with credit for 86 days served for the domestic violence conviction.

He received credit for 380 days served for the probation violation conviction. His probation was revoked.
