Arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following individuals were arraigned the past week in 79th District Court.

Felonies:

– Loretta Lucine Surplice, 19, of 4672 W. Decker Rd., Ludington, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office April 3 on a felony of domestic violence, third offense. Bail set at $7,500/10 percent. A preliminary exam was set for April 17 at 11:15 a.m.

– Graham Joseph Crawford, 31, of 105 E. Filer St, Ludington, was arrested by State, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) March 4 for a felony of controlled substance delivery. Bail set at $10,000 cash/surety. A preliminary exam is set for April 17 at 11:15 a.m.

– Robert James Leonard, 43, of 5726 S. Appleton Rd., Scottville, was arrested April 7 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of OUIL, third offense. A preliminary examination is set for April 17 at 11:15 a.m.

Misdemeanors:

– Timothy Wayne Gonyon, 53, of 773 Bacon Mill Rd., Beulah, was arrested by the Michigan State Police March 31 for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Bail set at $2,500/personal. A pretrial was set for April 5.

– Jeffrey William Dunham, 27, of 5662 W. US-10, Branch, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office April 5 for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Bail set at $2,500/10 percent. A preliminary exam is set for April 29 at 10:15 a.m.

– Wade Benjamin Gleason, 26, of 2315 N. 128^th Ave., Hart, was arrested by Ludington Police Department April 5 for a misdemeanor of weapons – improper possession. Bail set at $1,500/personal. A pretrial was set April 8 at 1:15 p.m.

– Ken Viet-Hoai Le, 23, of 6643 W. Park View Ct., Ludington, was arrested April 6 by the Ludington Police Department for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Bail set at $2,500/10 percent. A pretrial is set for May 6 at 2 p.m.
